Design For All collects the following data:
- Details you provide in your support programme application; name of contact person, email address, phone number, name of organisation.
- Anonymous data via cookies. This is collected and held by Squarespace who power the website.

Design For All collects your data so that we can:
- Email you with the outcome of the application.
- Liaise with successful applicants in relation to their project
- Know more about visitors to our website; what country they are from, what sort of device, browser and operating system they are viewing on, how they are directed to our website. All data is anonymised.

How do we store your data?

- Via Mailchimp, who we issue our newsletter through.
- Via Squarespace, who power our website and collect data collected from website visits.

The transmission of information via the internet is unfortunately never completely secure. Although we’ll always do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data and any transmission as such is done at your own risk.

In the course of a project, we may be involved with a public consultation. As part of this, we may obtain your contact details and views in relation to project proposals. If we do so, we will obtain your consent to retain this information. Your data will be deleted when the public consultation finishes.

Photography

We take photos at all our events. If the photos are taken in a public location, we will not seek your consent to publish these photos. If however, they are not taken in a public location we will seek consent before publishing photos. In the case of school children, this consent will be sought via their school.
